Any currently enrolled student or employee of Centralia College can borrow library materials with a valid photo ID card (student/employee ID or driver's license).
New students may need to wait one full business day before they are able to borrow library materials. New student records are loaded nightly into the library management system, and may take a full business day to appear in our records.

We can get books and articles from other libraries around the world using our Interlibrary Loan service!
Simply fill out the Interlibrary Loan form and we will notify you when the item arrives. Please request the item as soon as possible, as Interlibrary Loan can take time to arrive.
The library has laptops available for students to borrow for a week (7 days) at a time. Textbooks are available for purchase or rent at the Bookstore.
In rare cases, a class instructor may place course textbooks in the library for their students to check out for an entire quarter, or place them on reserve for “library use only” (meaning you can use them within the library building). If this applies to you, your instructor will notify you in class and/or on your syllabus.
No. We are not able to make change, as we have no cash on hand. The Bookstore may be able to make change. The Bookstore is located in the northeast corner of the TransAlta Commons on the first floor.
